Oscar Oseroff is a Medical Doctor graduated march 1972 at Cordoba University, Argentina. His Cardiology Residency was in 1973-1976 at Castex Hospital, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Oscar Oseroff is Chief Pacing and EP Department at Castex Hospital, Buenos Aires ,Argentina since 1977. He was appointed as a Research Fellow Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, New York 1986/87, United States of America. He is nowadays the Chief Pacing and Electrophysiology at Bazterrica Clinic, Buenos Aires, Argentina and President of the Scientific Committee at the Xth International Symposium on Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology 1995.

Oscar Oseroff presented more than 235 papers in National and International Cardiology Meetings. He has been an Oficial Speaker in more than 220 International Cardiology Meetings. Fellow of the HEART RHYTHM SOCIETY (HRS) 2006. Member of the Heart Rhythm Society since 1987. He was also former Co-chair of COPE ( HRS International group). Member of the Board of Directors of the International Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (ICPES). World Society of Arrhythmias (New name). Former Member of the advisory board of EHRA (European Heart Rhythm Association).
